Plain-language limits for a free educational tool: what it can help with, where it can be wrong, and when not to rely on it.

1. Educational aid, not certification
Content on this site — including translations, charts, keyboard behavior, and guides — is provided forgeneral information and learning. It is not maritime, aviation, or amateur-radio certification training, and it is not professional advice of any kind.
2. Accuracy
The converter uses International Morse Code for Latin letters, digits, and listed punctuation. While the mapping is fixed and tested, we do not guarantee that every translation is error-free or suitable for your purpose. Handwritten Morse, unusual spacing, audio recordings, and non-standard variants can all decode differently than expected.
Always verify critical readings against an authoritative reference or a qualified instructor.
3. No emergency reliance
References to distress signals such as SOS (··· −−− ···) are educational. Knowing the pattern is useful; depending on a browser tool in a real emergency is not.
4. Health & devices
- Flashing lights: screen-flash mode blinks the display. Do not use it if you have photosensitivity or epilepsy, and stop immediately if you feel unwell.
- Sound: keep playback at a comfortable volume, especially with headphones. Audio timing depends on your browser and hardware.
- Batteries & heat: extended audio or flash use consumes power; follow your device maker’s safety guidance.
5. External content
The site may link to related guides on this domain and load fonts from a third-party CDN. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or practices. Inclusion of a reference does not imply endorsement. For data handling, see the Privacy Policy; for rules of use, see theTerms.
